A Legacy of Results;

Legal & Policy Strategy

As Principal Partner at Pete Jacobson & Co, Oludayo has spent a significant part of her legal career advising individuals, companies, and institutions on how to navigate complex legal terrain with precision and foresight. Her practice spans corporate law, estate planning, regulatory compliance, property law and dispute resolution—blending technical expertise with a strategic lens that helps clients protect their interests and achieve their goals. Whether structuring or negotiating deals, drafting high-stakes agreements, or interpreting evolving legal frameworks, she provides the legal guidance and certainty necessary for decision-makers to act decisively and mitigate risk.

Facilitating Access to Real Estate Opportunities

As the Pioneer Executive Secretary of the Ekiti State Mortgage Board, Oludayo played a pivotal role in unlocking affordable housing opportunities across the state. She secured approval for 550 housing units under the National Social Housing Programme (NSHP) and mobilized an additional ₦9 billion in housing finance through the Family Homes Funds (FHF). She also established strategic partnerships with major players in the property and mortgage sector, including the Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company (NMRC), Cooperative Mortgage Bank (CMB), Connect Homes Group, and the Millard Fuller Foundation, among others. Through deliberate stakeholder engagement, inter-agency collaboration, and policy groundwork, she helped stimulate investor interest in Ekiti’s real estate sector. One of her most impactful initiatives was leading the first-ever Ekiti Housing Opportunities public forum in Abuja, designed to demystify mortgage access and engage citizens directly. Under her leadership, the Board laid a solid institutional foundation for long-term housing development and economic growth in the state.
